The Northbrook parkrun Grand Prix is a new competition introduced into the Club’s events calendar in October 2025 intended to maintain runners’ motivation during the winter, build on the success of the summer handicap and raise awareness of the club in Coventry and the local area.
The Club’s annual nature outing along the 9k off-road route between Hampton-in-Arden and Tile Hill stations adds some extra interest to a Wednesday night’s summer running.

On a lovely Summer evening sixty Club members took the train from Tile Hill to Hampton-in-Arden where they were met by another dozen who had run the route in reverse.
Sixty-nine Northbrook members, expertly assembled into 23 teams of three, enjoyed the 3-lap relay race around the local lanes on a warm, sunny June evening.
