Training Sessions

Monday evening training- Mixed Ability sessions take place at The War Memorial Park, Park and Ride and start at 6pm

Wednesday evening training – Multiple level sessions are based at Jaguar Sports & Social Club and start at 7pm.
Level 1 – Up to 10 miles suitable for runners who are able to run 5k in under 21 minutes
Level 2 – Up to 8 miles suitable for runners who run 5k between 21 and 24 minutes
Level 3 – Up to 7 miles suitable for runners who run 5k between 24 and 30 minutes
Level 4 – Up to 5 miles suitable for runners who run 5k between 30 and 35 minutes
When choosing a session make sure you are comfortable with the ability expectation:
Distances are indicative only but if you are joining a group you should be able to run the guide distance continuously.
If you are joining a group whose guide pace is slower than your normal pace please respect the runners who are running at their natural pace and adjust your pace to enable them to get the most out of the session.

At present our training sessions are for members only but if you are interested in joining a session on a trial basis please Contact Us and we will get back to you to and try and accommodate you in an appropriate session.
