- Membership – Tim Hughes said we have 196 members. There was a suggestion to take photos of new members as part of the introduction to the club.
- 10k race – Terry Moynihan circulated a detailed report about the 10k race, which was a big success. Rob Cox added further information. Many thanks to everyone on the 10k committee and everyone else who helped to organise this event.

- Social Events – Sarah Duffy said that she would focus on the Christmas event and next Awards celebrations.
- Leaders Training – Rob Cox discussed an option of the club committing to yearly LIRF training funding so that there are enough leaders for each level of sessions. Tony Mackness supported the plan. Further discussion will determine how may leaders can be funded each year. New leader training dates are being released soon.
- Runners of the Month – July 2022 – Men: Alan Smith (Thunder Run including extra lap), Women: Jan Watson (5 minute PB for 5km).
- Any other business:
- Thunder Run – this was not subsidised by the club this year due to previous dropouts where funding could not be recovered. There is no plan to subsidise it next year.
- Summer Handicap – people are encouraged to meet at Jaguar for cakes and drinks after the last event in September. Tim Hughes offered to speak to Richard French to offer help with publishing results.
- Improver Training – there are plans to continue 5km to 10km training.
- Next Meeting – Tuesday 6 September 2022 at 7.30pm to be held by video conference.
