Terms and Conditions of Sale


By placing an order through the Northbrook online kit shop you accept these terms and conditions of sale.

When you place an order to purchase a product from the Northbrook online kit shop we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order, an invoice and details of how to pay. Payment must be made directly to our bank account.

Ordered items will be put on hold and only made available for collection when full payment has been credited to our bank account. When payment has been made ordered items may be collected on a club night from the Kit Manager.

Products displayed on the Northbrook online shop are generally available in the styles and sizes shown. Out of stock items cannot be ordered but you can request to be notified when an out of stock items becomes available again.

When placing an order you are confirming that you are a bone fide member of Northbrook Athletic Club.  Northbrook AC reserves the right to decline or cancel an order if it consider it would not be in the club’s best interests to proceed.

You may cancel an order and return any products that may already have been collected up to 30 days from collection provided that the products are unused and undamaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.

These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales. In the event of any dispute associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
