Review Previous Minutes/Matters Arising

Social Events
No update.
Treasurers Report
The latest monthly finance figures were distributed prior to the meeting.
Membership Secretary Report
209 paid up members plus 4 life members (TM update). 5 new members in the last week.
Coaching Co-ordinator Report
The 10K Incident report form provided by Terry was very event specific and not suitable to cover training sessions. Rob has shared a couple of other options with the committee and Catherine Dear.
Welfare
As above in the coaching report.
Tracy and Darren have provided information to be added to the welfare section of the website.
Running Events – Team Captains’ Update
Good the Bad and the Ugly scheduled for 21st June, guest runners welcome – Tim has agreed to organise.
Sphinx mile relays on Thursday 6th July
Race the Train 19th July – Bob and Roger to check the route out for HS2 implications.
Northbrook 10K
Currently 235 entries plus 22 5-10k training group entries – this is 66 entries higher than at the same stage last year.
All sponsors have paid.
Jag club have confirmed the use of the room for race HQ.
Showers / changing facilities available at a cost of £30.
Drawstring bags with Coventry skyline design will be the finishers prize in addition to the medal
Thanks to the 10K committee for all the hard work.
Runners of the Month
Jan Watson for completing her first ultra at Goring Gap
Mark Parker for 100 Thames path and excellent Hilly 100 leg.
Honourable mentions for Glenn Guyver-Fletcher and Rob Richardson for their Edinburgh marathon performances. Also, Becky Lewis for 5 parkrun PBs and Liz Pharoah for her Grand Union Canal 145 miles London to Birmingham.

ConnectMyClub – Rob has scheduled a couple of dummy training sessions; this can only be done from a webpage as the functionality does not exist in the app. Roger to be invited to the next meeting to advise on progress.
Training for road event officials – Mark Baker share with the wider club.
Decision re. 10K radios now that WhatsApp has replaced them – Terry has been contacted by Allesley Festival, decision to donate these to Allesley Festival.
Enquiry from local gym as to whether members could join Monday sessions on an ad hoc basis – committee agreed that welcome to join on a trail basis but not on mass ad hoc basis.
Terry suggested targeting other sports clubs for off season training e.g. football in the summer. Terry to consider further.
Terry is currently club auditor and president; this represents a potential conflict of interest. Bob to send out request to see if there is anyone interested in picking up the auditor role.
