Registrations for Race 4 of the 2025 Summer Handicap on Wednesday 6 August are now open.

If you are not familiar with how the Summer Handicap system works you can read all about it on the Summer Handicap page.

If you want to be included in the list of starters you have to let us know.
It’s no good just turning up on the night – you won’t have a start time allocated.

Otherwise give us an estimated finishing time and explain the basis for that time. For example, it could be a recent parkrun or other 5k time.
