Training Booking

We are now offering sessions with a ratio of one leader to twenty runners.
These sessions are restricted to members only and must be pre-booked.
Selecting the training session from the list below will take you to the appropriate booking form.
Bookings open mid-week and close 24 hours before the session start time, or earlier if fully booked.
Wednesday evening sessions are based at Jaguar Sports & Social Club and start at 6.30pm.

When booking make sure you are comfortable with the ability expectation:
Level 1 – Up to 10 miles suitable for runners who are able to run 5k in under 21 minutes
Level 2 – Up to 8 miles suitable for runners who run 5k between 21 and 24 minutes
Level 3 – Up to 7 miles suitable for runners who run 5k between 24 and 30 minutes
Level 4 – Up to 5 miles suitable for runners who run 5k between 30 and 35 minutes
Distances are indicative only but if you are joining a group you should be able to run the guide distance continuously.
If you are joining a group whose guide pace is slower than your normal pace please respect the runners who are running at their natural pace and adjust your pace to enable them to get the most out of the session.
