Training sessions

Whole club group training remains suspended for the time being but our coaches and leaders have re-commenced formal training sessions for small groups of various ability levels.

These sessions will be held throughout the week, and sessions will not be at the normal times and locations, and the Jaguar Sports & Social Club will not be our base during this phase.

We are now offering sessions with a ratio of one leader to twelve runners. These sessions are restricted to members only and must be pre-booked.

Sessions are posted below, each with a link to an associated booking form.

Do not turn up at the Jaguar Sports & Social Club and expect there to be a session organised.

Sessions must be pre-booked.
Bookings can be made Monday to Friday for sessions on the the following Monday to Sunday.
Sessions are subject to change. Times and locations of sessions will be confirmed when booking is accepted.
