A big turnout from Sphinx AC was rewarded with their runners going home with three of the four prizes, with host club Northbrook taking the remaing one.

Ashley Miles (Sphinx AC) was first home in 17m 39s, well clear of 2nd placed Andy Wilkinson (18m 34s).

Pete Thompson (Sphinx AC) took the Vet Men's prize in 19m 32s.

Lucy Smith (Sphinx AC) was first lady home in 21m 14s.

Northbrook's Cath Fenn (21m 50s) took the Vet Ladies prize.
