Clive Horton says:

Dear All

Our training target from June is focused on distance running. My training plan is designed to get you in condition for the Birmingham Marathon on 15 October.

We will be running a variety of routes from the Jag Club on Sunday mornings. Some of these routes will have drop-out points in case you don’t feel up to the full distance.

Meet at the Jag Club at 9am. Links to the weekly routes are posted below.

I plan to start a new programme aimed at the Coventry Half-Marathon and the London Marathon later in the year.

I am also going to put on a cross-country programme which will run for 16 weeks from Sunday 8 October, with no session on 24th December. These will all be held at Coundon Hall Park, opposite the Royal Court Hotel, and will start at 9:15am.
