  1. Apologies – J. Wilson (Men's Captain), A. Deavy (Ladies' Captain),
  2. Treasurer's Report – Tony Mackness showed details of the accounts. Birmingham League XC fees have been paid. Expenses were paid for Amanda Deavy to represent Coventry in Cork Half Marathon. England Athletic fees are due soon.
  3. Membership – We have 147 paid members. There are 62 club vests in stock.
  4. Social Secretary Report – Thanks to Corinna O’Connor for organising the post marathon meal at Cosmo. A Parkrun picnic may be organised before mid-July.
  5. Mens/Ladies Captain's Report – Recent race results are on the website, including many marathon times. Amanda has been invited to represent Coventry in the Cork Half Marathon. 5 teams ran in the Cotswold Hilly 100 relays and the ladies team finished in 2nd place. The Sphinx 5 mile will be a Wednesday night club event on 17th June. Thunder Run entrants need to be confirmed.
  6. 10Km race – Race entries are now open. The race is part of the Midlands championships. Some sponsorship has been received. Many marshals and helpers are needed on the day.
  7. Training Runs – Clive Horton is introducing a distance training run on Wednesday nights at 7 to 9 minute mile pace. This is an extra option and levels 1 to 4 will continue. Clive will also restart Sunday long runs at 9am from 7th June.
  8. Runner of the Month – April winners – Men: Martin Winch - sub 3 hour marathon. Ladies: Amy Burdis - PBs at Coventry Way 40 miles, Regency 10k and London Marathon.
  9. Any other business –
    1. Summer Handicap – second race in May had 61 runners, followed by cakes in the bar. The July race will be moved to Wednesday 8th July, as the Warks league Ryton Pools race is on Thursday 2nd July.
    2. Good, Bad & Ugly relay – Wednesday 24th June.
    3. Race the Train – Wednesday15th July.
    4. London Marathon Club Places – details will be monitored..
  10. Next Meeting – Monday 15 June 8pm.at Bob Adams' residence.
